We’re still here! We continue to focus on securing the financing and permits for the completion of the project. We are thankful for the support of everyone and apologize for the delayed restart. We assure everyone that our commitment to this project has not wavered.

Our existing temporary operations are also slowly returning. Halfway is fully re-opened. We expect our pop-up location and food truck to re-open shortly. In the meantime, stop by the ball machine room to grab some cold refreshments and snacks. Stay tuned for more!

June Update

We continue to work with LADBS in getting our revised plans signed off. We are almost at the finish line. Construction has been on hold since December 2023 and we are as eager as you all to get our crews back onsite and back to work! As soon as further information is available we will announce it here. Please check back for future updates.

Construction Update

March 21, 2024

We have been working closely with the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks since late 2023 to incorporate improvements and additions to the originally approved and permitted design. All revisions have been submitted to LADBS and are currently under formal review. We have temporarily paused construction while we wait for LADBS to complete their review and issue an approval. We hope to resume construction activities by mid-April. An updated completion date will be posted here as soon as it is available.
